Rock Band Mania

I can't get over how cute my little kindergartner is when he plays this game. He is really good! Sometimes he has to take a break because he gets sweaty and has to get a drink of water.
Max on drums, Daryl on guitar, and Bayley on vocals.

We love Rock Band. Daryl wanted Rock Band for his Birthday. Little did I know our whole family would be addicted to it. Yes that includes me. It has become our favorite past time in the evenings. Daryl and the kids have a band called 'Delicious Amplitude'. They have 11,o93 fans and 79 stars. They just recently acquired a Deluxe Liner tour bus. Coming soon to a city near you.

Bayley and Max enjoying the snow.

We have had some crazy spring weather! You know that old saying "March comes in like a lion and out like a lamb"? They teach you that in preschool and again in kindergarten...and I am sure there are a few Senior projects covering all aspects on the primary litany. Well, it is a lie. Our entire March has been cold, rainy, windy and now snowy. How do I know this? I jog in it every day. I am one of those people that has to be outside. Anyway, the snow made for some scenic photos.

Rainbows

I feel like if you live in the Northwest this is the way to do it. I snapped this picture the other day. I love rainbows. This time of year we see three at a time sometimes. This one is the only one bright enough for the camera to catch.

Easter Sunday 2008

My sweet girls!
Precious
My eyes won't open.
Strike a pose.

We had to take pictures of everyone in their Easter outfits! Ruby was not feeling well. She couldn't keep her eyes open for any of the pictures and to top in off she woke up with a huge red dot on her cheek (just dry skin). Anyway, Ruby slept all through sacrament meeting, I was able to sit and enjoy all the music and talks.

Easter 2008

Bayley on the hunt.
I have all my gear on. I am ready!

Score!

Daryl had a campout the Saturday before Easter so we didn't do much for the Holiday. We waited for Daryl to get home so he didn't miss out on the egg hunt. He didn't get home until about 5pm. So the egg hunt didn't get started until after 6pm! The kids really had a great time.
